I've been using this company for over 20 years and they've always done a first class job at an excellent price. I would never take a car anywhere else for a clutch. I called for a quote a couple of days ago and said I'd drop the car off in around a week. Unexpectedly got a day off today so called and asked if they could fit it in. About 4 hours later they're calling me to say the car is ready. They're always really nice people to deal with and I trust them. I believe they're honest people.

I am leaving this review based on the level of professionalism provided by this company. I called several days ago for a quote for replacement clutch kit for DQ200 transmission. Young lady on the phone was very polite, took down some basic information and this was followed up by a call back from Rick whose customer service level was on point! Although I was only calling for a quote for a family member, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalim and how quick they were to call back and had excellent availability to start the work!

I had the clutch and flywheel done on my Audi A4 TDI quattro. Do I have anything to complain about? No, not at all - I was dealt with by Rick whom kept me informed at all times in regards to items required (Clutch, flywheel, guide tube and ofcourse the bolts). I would highly recommend A1 Clutches in Tipton esp with the 18,000 miles or 2 years warranty as long as I own the car.

This place is great. They got back to me with a quote quickly and could do the work pretty much straight away. T5 gearbox repair, clutch, dmf. They stripped it down, sent me a video of other faults with a price for repair. all v reasonable. So they additionally replaced drive shaft, slave cylinder and master cylinder. Had van back after four days and it drives like new. I'd spoken to lots of people and companies about this work and none of them filled me with confidence. A1 carried it out like it was easy.👍

Would rate one star if I could Had a good price quote given harassed me all day telling me it needs other work I told him no several times he kept calling me and calling me ended up over £1000 the car is making noises and I don’t even think t he bearing was replaced. Had a warranty called back got booked in didn’t even want to look at the car. Staff really rude to me didn’t want to deal with me because he had my money but wanted to know the new customers. also another customer was in the same situation they took his car apart told him it was gonna cost way more he refused they then refused to put the car back together unless he pays £400. Con of a place will get you in cheap take car apart add way more money on and not even fix the problem. Con men
